I don’t know much about insects, but I do believe that this is some sort of mosquito and not a regular fly. It has spotted wings, so it is not a regular mosquito either…
I found it moving/flying in my kitchen on the 10th December 2019.
And regardless of if it’s in fact a mosquito or not – the outside temperature is currently 5 degrees centigrade below zero as opposed to 5 degrees centigrade above yesterday.
I wonder, where did it come from? Are there more?
